About the Role
We're looking for an AI/ML Engineer to build and improve the AI features at the core of InTheWork — meeting transcription, thread-to-task conversion, the AI Co-Pilot, and automated reporting.
What You'll Do
Build and refine pipelines for transcription, summarization, and task extraction from unstructured conversation data.
Improve the accuracy and reliability of AI Co-Pilot responses across real customer workspaces.
Work closely with product to identify where AI genuinely removes friction — and where it shouldn't be used at all.
What We're Looking For
3+ years working with LLMs or NLP systems in production.
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, or retrieval-based approaches.
Pragmatic about AI's limitations — comfortable saying "this isn't ready" when it isn't.
Nice to Have
Experience building real-time or low-latency AI features.
Background in speech-to-text or document summarization systems.
