About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end experience across InTheWork — from how a message becomes a task to how the AI Co-Pilot surfaces information.
What You'll Do
Design core product flows across chat, tasks, video, and the AI Co-Pilot.
Partner closely with engineering to ship details that hold up in real use, not just in Figma.
Run lightweight user research to validate decisions before they ship.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of product design experience, ideally on a B2B SaaS product.
A strong portfolio showing systems thinking, not just polished screens.
Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information in a small team.
Nice to Have
Experience designing AI-powered or data-dense interfaces.
Familiarity with design systems at scale.
